This guy froze to death in his home, because he didn’t pay his electric bill and they limited his electricity. He owed over $1,000. His neighbors and friends comment on how horrible and “unforgivable” is death was. That the electric company shouldn’t do that. One problem, the guy had over $500k that he left to the hospital! Clearly he had the resources to pay for his utilities but chose not to. So no, let’s not blame the power company here.
