Netflix’s Top 100 is based off the movies that are rented the most. Currently number 4 is The Bucket List Netflix has a 5 star rating system where people can rank the movies they have seen. Because people don’t like to be mean very few movies rank below 3 stars. The Buck List has 2 of 5 stars…. Explain this to me

This guy froze to death in his home, because he didn’t pay his electric bill and they limited his electricity. He owed over $1,000. His neighbors and friends comment on how horrible and “unforgivable” is death was. That the electric company shouldn’t do that. One problem, the guy had over $500k that he left to the hospital! Clearly he had the resources to pay for his utilities but chose not to. So no, let’s not blame the power company here.
Interesting tool that graphs the popularity of a name over time. Its fun to type in a classic grandma name like Pearl or Delores and watch it fall off a cliff. You can also check classic 80s names like Amy and watch them spike out of no where and fall off again.

Seems like a great freeroll, but what would it cost you to replicate? If you started with $0.026, and picked 27 consecutive games (at -110), increasing your bet each time to equal your previous bet + winnings, you would have $1 million.
The question is, if you’ve picked 26 in a row and are sitting about to bet $523k to win $477k for that 27th bet how many would actually do it?
I have been trying to get up and go to the gym before work. When I did it, it was so easy and really energized my day. It felt good. Now that I’ve been out of the habit it is incredibly hard to get up at 5:50 to go work out. I asked Emily, who’s growing tired of me setting the alarm for 5:50 only to get up and reset it for 6:50, to help me get out of bed. This morning the alarm goes off at 5:50, I sit there think this is crazy and reset it for 6:50. Emily didn’t budge, she was out cold. So when the alarm goes off at 6:50, Emily begins violently kicking me until I’m out of bed, and yelling go to the gym. Nice way to start the day.
